Power Pages licensing is different from Power Apps:
- It is consumption-based, not per-user or per-app
- Licenses are purchased as capacity (logins or page views)

How Power Pages Licensing Works
Power Pages uses a capacity-based model:

Setup Instructions
Step 1 – Confirm the Environment
Identify the environment hosting your Power Pages site:
- Example: IA Test Portal or IA Production Portal
Step 2 – Verify Capacity
- Go to the Power Platform Admin Center
- Navigate to:

- Authenticated Users (Logins)
- Anonymous Page Views
Confirm capacity is available before going live
Step 3 – Configure Access Method
Determine how users will access the portal:
Authenticated Access
- Users sign in (Azure AD, B2C, etc.)

Anonymous Access

Step 4 – Configure Security & Roles
Users must still be granted access through Power Pages web roles and Dataverse table permissions.
