What We Support

- Troubleshooting model-driven app behavior
- Bug reports for the managed solution
Out of scope: customizations created by your organization, Power Automate flows you build, external API integrations, and data issues unrelated to the core IncidentAnalytix solution.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).
- Critical: 1 business day response
- High: 2 business days
- Medium: 3 business days
- Low: 5 business days
