As part of your installation package you were sent an invitation to join the Support Portal. If you need assistance creating your account or logging in, email us at [email protected].

What We Support

  • Installation and update issues for the IncidentAnalytix solution
  • Configuration of packaged forms, views, classic workflows, and business rules
  • Troubleshooting model-driven app behavior
  • Bug reports for the managed solution

Out of scope: customizations created by your organization, Power Automate flows you build, external API integrations, and data issues unrelated to the core IncidentAnalytix solution.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).

  • Critical: 1 business day response
  • High: 2 business days
  • Medium: 3 business days
  • Low: 5 business days
