Pricing

Own your software. License it once.

SystemsAnalytix applications carry a one-time perpetual license fee — not an annual SaaS subscription. Because that fee scales to the size of your organization and the number of applications you run, we quote it for you rather than posting a single number. You own the software; an optional annual maintenance plan keeps you current with annual upgrades. After that, your only recurring cost is the Microsoft licensing you control.

How the Pricing Works

Most risk software is a subscription you never stop paying. This isn’t.

With traditional SaaS, the fee you pay every year is what keeps the software switched on — stop paying and you lose access to critical data. SystemsAnalytix is different: a one-time perpetual license makes the software yours, and the annual maintenance fee pays for upgrades, not access. The software is yours to run perpetually on your Microsoft tenant.

Comparing SystemsAnalytix licensing with traditional SaaS Models
SystemsAnalytix Traditional SaaS
License model One-time perpetual license Annual subscription, renewed every year
What the optional annual fee buys Version upgrades and updates — the software is already yours The right to keep using the software
If you stop paying it You keep running the version you own Access ends — you’re locked out
Your ongoing cost Microsoft licensing you control
+ annual maintenance for upgrades (optional)
Full subscription every year
Cost over time Predictable. Only the Microsoft licenses you need and optional annual maintenance Unpredictable. Rises with renewals

What you actually pay

Predictable. One cost from us. One from Microsoft.

Our perpetual-license model has a few moving parts, so here’s the whole picture up front. Two of these you pay SystemsAnalytix; the third you pay Microsoft directly, based on the user access you need.

Perpetual License

A single upfront fee that makes the software yours to run in your tenant, for good. Pricing is based on the size of your organization and the number of applications you deploy — which is why we quote it rather than post it.

Maintenance & Upgrades (optional)

An optional annual fee that keeps you current with each year’s version upgrades. It buys new releases, not access — the software you own keeps running either way. Our platform lets you customize the application to fit your needs independent of a maintenance license.

Microsoft Licensing

The Power Platform licenses your users need, bought from Microsoft on your existing agreement — not from us. Power Apps is required; Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot are optional.

The products

Multiple ways to start. One integrated platform underneath.

Each product is a full Microsoft Power Platform application that installs into your tenant. Start with one and add the other when you’re ready — they can share one data foundation, so incidents and programs can connect instead of siloing.

Incident management

IncidentAnalytix Model Driven App

The core Microsoft Power Platform Model Driven application.

Program Compliance

ProgramAnalytix Model Driven App

Risk Management & Program Compliance

IncidentAnalytix & ProgramAnalytix

Portal add-ons

Extend either application to the field — without a full app seat.

The Power Pages portal is an add-on to its parent Model Driven application. This is the solution when you need to grant occasional users access to the apps for submitting and editing data. Microsoft Power Pages offers a monthly bulk user license program at a more economical licensing tier. Each add-on requires its matching Model Driven application.

Microsoft Licensing

What you license from Microsoft.

SystemsAnalytix applications install into your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Beyond our license and maintenance, your users need Microsoft Power Platform licensing — bought from Microsoft, at Microsoft’s rates. Depending on your current Microsoft 365 licensing, some of this may already be included.

Microsoft licensing required to run SystemsAnalytix applications
Microsoft license What it covers
Power Apps — required Runs the application in your tenant (per-user or per-app licensing)
Power Pages — optional Power Pages site bulk authenticated user licenses (if you purchase the add-on)
Power BI — optional Dashboards and analytics reporting
Power Automate — optional Automated notifications, approvals, and cloud flows.
(Required for ProgramAnalytix)
Copilot — optional Copilot agents and AI assistance across the app

Only Microsoft Power Apps licenses are required to run the core Model Driven application; the rest depend on the features you enable. See Microsoft Power Apps pricing or ask your Microsoft 365 provider about licenses included with your tenant.
