Pricing
SystemsAnalytix applications carry a one-time perpetual license fee — not an annual SaaS subscription. Because that fee scales to the size of your organization and the number of applications you run, we quote it for you rather than posting a single number. You own the software; an optional annual maintenance plan keeps you current with annual upgrades. After that, your only recurring cost is the Microsoft licensing you control.
How the Pricing Works
With traditional SaaS, the fee you pay every year is what keeps the software switched on — stop paying and you lose access to critical data. SystemsAnalytix is different: a one-time perpetual license makes the software yours, and the annual maintenance fee pays for upgrades, not access. The software is yours to run perpetually on your Microsoft tenant.
What you actually pay
Our perpetual-license model has a few moving parts, so here’s the whole picture up front. Two of these you pay SystemsAnalytix; the third you pay Microsoft directly, based on the user access you need.
Once · to SystemsAnalytix
A single upfront fee that makes the software yours to run in your tenant, for good. Pricing is based on the size of your organization and the number of applications you deploy — which is why we quote it rather than post it.
Annual · to SystemsAnalytix
An optional annual fee that keeps you current with each year’s version upgrades. It buys new releases, not access — the software you own keeps running either way. Our platform lets you customize the application to fit your needs independent of a maintenance license.
Annual · to Microsoft
The Power Platform licenses your users need, bought from Microsoft on your existing agreement — not from us. Power Apps is required; Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot are optional.
The products
Each product is a full Microsoft Power Platform application that installs into your tenant. Start with one and add the other when you’re ready — they can share one data foundation, so incidents and programs can connect instead of siloing.

Portal add-ons
The Power Pages portal is an add-on to its parent Model Driven application. This is the solution when you need to grant occasional users access to the apps for submitting and editing data. Microsoft Power Pages offers a monthly bulk user license program at a more economical licensing tier. Each add-on requires its matching Model Driven application.

Microsoft Licensing
SystemsAnalytix applications install into your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Beyond our license and maintenance, your users need Microsoft Power Platform licensing — bought from Microsoft, at Microsoft’s rates. Depending on your current Microsoft 365 licensing, some of this may already be included.
Only Microsoft Power Apps licenses are required to run the core Model Driven application; the rest depend on the features you enable. See Microsoft Power Apps pricing or ask your Microsoft 365 provider about licenses included with your tenant.
